Biography
Dr. Almokhtar Otman is one of ICLDEC’s leading doctors in the management of diabetic and endocrine diseases, gaining more than 20 years practise in the UK and Ireland, often leading clinics in diabetic foot, erectile dysfunction, ante-natal issues, as well as for younger patients living with diabetes.
He has publications on diabetic eye disease and diabetic neuropathy. Dr. Almokhtar Otman joined ICLDEC in 2014.
